We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be new and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Contact our customer service for further instructions and return authorization.

Deliveries are made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Please provide a valid shipping address when ordering. In case of unavailability during delivery, the courier will leave a note with instructions on how to proceed for the next delivery or for collection at the nearest collection point.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Shipments are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, but are typically between 7-14 business days.
